We currently ship within the United States. Delivery options and estimated times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

📍 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

❗ Order Issues & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. SevynOH is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sevynoh.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for health/safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • The item is unopened and in original packaging

Please email support@sevynoh.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo (if applicable). Our team will assess the issue and provide return instructions.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Discounted or clearance items
